This movie shows the actual scan made by the cone beam CT scanner. In about 3 minutes the scanner makes one complete 360° gantry rotation, taking about 600 X-ray images at a resolution of 512x512 pixels. These images are later used for 3D reconstruction using high-speed cone beam reconstruction code based on the Feldkamp algorithm, developed in-house.
